Study Guide for Leading Lives that Matter: What We Should Do and Who We Should Be
We are pleased to announce that the Study Guide for Leading Lives That Matter: What We Should Do and Who We Should Be, edited by Mark R. Schwehn and Dorothy C. Bass, is now available. The author of the Study Guide, Elaine C. Nocks, Professor of Psychology and Project Director of the Center for Theological Exploration of Vocation at Furman University, has prepared this on-line resource for use with students, teachers, clergy and laity. Each of the 15-sessions contains questions for group discussion, writing assignment ideas, ideas for individual reflection and journaling, ideas for active engagement and selected pertinent movies for individual or group viewing. We are pleased to announce that the Study Guide for Callings: Twenty Centuries of Christian Wisdom on Vocation, edited by William C. Placher, is now available. The author of the Study Guide, Elaine C. In October of 2007 the PTEV Website hosted conversations with Mark U. Edwards, Jr., author of Religion on Our Campuses: A Professor's Guide to Communities, Conflicts, and Promising Conversations (Palgrave Macmillan Press, 2006).

Craig Dykstra's Address to Participants in the PTEV Final Conference: What Now Do We Mean By the Theological Exploration of Vocation?
This address was delivered by Craig Dykstra, Senior Vice President, Religion, Lilly Endowment Inc. at the PTEV Final Conference, February 8-10, 2007, in Indianapolis. In this plenary address, Dykstra responds to two questions: What was the nature of the experiment we began in 2000? and What now do we mean by the theological exploration of vocation?
