Synopsis: We are pleased to announce that the Study Guide for Callings: Twenty Centuries of Christian Wisdom on Vocation, edited by William C. Placher, is now available. The author of the Study Guide, Elaine C. Nocks, Professor of Psychology and Project Director of the Center for Theological Exploration of Vocation at Furman University, has prepared this on-line resource for use with students, teachers, clergy and laity. Each of the 12-sessions contains highlights, terms/names, questions for discussion, writing assignments, action projects, reflection/journaling exercises and suggestions for additional movie and book resources. Following on the successful publication and review of Callings: Twenty Centuries of Christian Wisdom on Vocation, edited by William C. Placher and published by Wm. B. Eerdmans Publishing Co., we now have available the companion Study Guide written by Elaine C. Nocks. The study guide can be downloaded by clicking on the pdf icon.
